Denise Potosky, Ph.D.
Dr. Denise Potosky is an experienced and innovative leader, researcher, consultant, and educator with over 20 years of experience driving strategic change, leading teams, and designing learning tools, courses, and programs. Her extensive consulting experience has enabled healthcare, pharmaceutical, and technology firms to validate staffing solutions, facilitate adjustment, reinforce feedback processes, and implement change. Her research has been published in the top journals in her field, including the Academy of Management Review, Personnel Psychology, and Human Resource Management Review. She earned her Ph.D. from Rutgers University, and she currently teaches MBA, professional masters, and doctoral courses that develop students’ global management, human resource management, people analytics, and leadership communication competencies.
